Where are your products made?

All of our wall statements are proudly made in the USA!

What are the wall statements made of?

We choose premium quality, matte finish, adhesive vinyl for our wall statements. They are backed with a special adhesive designed specifically for applying on walls and other smooth surfaces.

Will the wall statement be one big sticker with a clear background?

No, each letter is an individual piece, and all letters are prepositioned using an application tape that is removed after applying your statement. So there is no clear background and no lining up individual letters.

How close are the website colors to the actual product?

We try our best to replicate the colors of the vinyl that we sell. But due to the nature of printed material and computer monitors, the actual color may vary slightly. If you feel that you need a physical sample we would be happy to send you one. Request a sample here.

Will the Wall Statement crack, peel, fade, or warp?

When a wall statement has been applied as directed and is protected from direct sunlight and harsh weather, you should not have issues with cracking, peeling, fading, or warping.

How long will my wall statement last?

Our wall statements are not intended for permanent application; however, they can last for months or years depending on the surface and environment. Wall statements applied indoors can last significantly longer than wall statements applied outdoors where they are exposed to weather.

Can you tell me the exact dimension of the wall statement?

Overall dimension information is provided on the product detail pages. Wall statements are stored in our system as graphic images. Depending on the size you choose, the entire image including the text, is enlarged or reduced. This makes it impossible for us to measure one part of a wall statement. Walls & Textures

What types of surfaces can wall statements be applied to?

Our wall statements can be applied to just about any clean, smooth, and weather-resistant surface that is free of dust, grease, or other contaminates. Wall statements may not adhere to heavily-textured surfaces, but can adhere to lightly textured walls. We strongly discourage installation of wall statements on certain surfaces such as brick, stucco, concrete block, suede paints, and sand paints. Will the wall statements damage my wall?

When walls have been prepared as recommended and properly maintained after application, most people have no wall damage when wall statements are removed.

Can wall statements be applied on wall paper?

Yes. Our wall statements can be applied to certain types of wallpaper; however, wallpaper can vary widely in texture and quality. Also, some wall statements may not release from certain wallpapers without causing damage. Please contact us for a sample to test your surface before placing an order.

Will wall statements adhere to all paints?

Our wall statements install easily on the most common types of home interior paints, such as latex- and oil-based. They will also work on other paints, although some highly textured paints or paints with additives can make application extremely difficult. Examples of paints that fall into this category are faux, magnetic, sand, and suede paints. Before ordering, please request a sample and test in an inconspicuous area to see whether a wall statement will work with your paint.

Can I apply my wall statement to a newly painted wall?

Freshly painted walls should be allowed to cure for at least two weeks before you apply your wall decals.

If my walls are too textured are there any other options for my wall statement?

If you have heavily-textured walls, you can choose from many options to display your wall statement. For example, you can install a wall statement on a flat, smooth surface that you can hang on your wall such as a board, glass, or a mirror. You can also display wall statements on tiles, metal, and blocks, among other surfaces.

How long do I have once I have ordered my wall statement to put it up?

Although statements can be stored for up to six months depending on storage conditions, they are warranted for 60 days. We strongly recommend that you apply your statements quickly (within 24-72 hours of receipt) for the best results.

Maintenance

Can I put a wall statement in my bathroom?

Yes, once applied, wall statements can withstand the heat and humidity generated in a bathroom environment. However, please be aware that prolonged exposure to heat and humidity will weaken the adhesive over time.

What temperature will a wall statement withstand?

Once installed, our wall statements will withstand a temperature range between -20F and +150F

I installed a wall statement and it is starting to peel off, what can I do?

If there is a part of your wall statement that is separating from the wall, use your finger a gently push to re-adhere it to the wall. If it continues you can also use a washable glue stick to reattach it. Always follow the manufacturer's recommendations and test the adhesive in an inconspicuous place before applying it to your wall statement. If you need one, contact us for a sample.

Can I wash the wall statement once it has been applied?

Yes. We recommend that you use a soft cloth or sponge dampened with cool water to clean your wall statement. Avoid using cleaners that contain alcohol, abrasives, citrus additives, or ammonias. When applied on a window or mirror, take special care to avoid glass cleaners that contain alcohol, ammonia, or citrus additives.

Outdoor Applications

Can the wall statement be used outside?

Yes, our decals can be used outdoors. Make sure the surface is clean and dry and free of dirt and debris. Some examples of successful applications are automobiles; exterior windows and doors of homes; exterior home decorations, such as treated boards or metal objects like mailboxes; exterior signs; and so on. When applied to exterior surfaces, expect a shortened product life due to exposure to weather and other elements.

How long will a wall statement last once it has been applied to and outdoor surface?

Wall statements are not intended for permanent application; however, they can last for months or years depending on the surface and environment. Statements applied indoors can last significantly longer than statements applied outdoors where they are exposed to weather.

If I apply me wall statement to my vehicle can I take it through a car wash?

An automatic car wash should not ruin a statement. If a car is being washed with a hand-held pressure washer, extra care should be used to avoid directing the washer stream on the statement at close range or for an extended period of time.

Product Removal

Can I remove my wall statement?

Yes, when you are ready to remove your wall statement you can simply use your finger and begin peeling the statement off the wall. If you are having difficulty in removing it, you can use a blow dryer on a low heat setting to warm the adhesive. Be careful not to overheat the wall statement. As the wall statement warms gently lift the edges and pull down slowly.

Can I remove my wall statement and reuse?

Unfortunately, the designs cannot be reused. The vinyl lettering is extremely thin and will stretch and tear as it is being removed. By removing the designs, you will also lose the precise positioning of the letters as well as the adhesive. They are made for a one time application.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are a perfect gift! If you can not decide on which vinyl wall statement to purchase as a gift we suggest a gift certificate. Gift certificates may be emailed to the recipient through our website or printed to give. Gift certificates are available in any denomination.

How to purchase a Gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates are available for purchase from Gift Certificate page. The Gift Certificate code will be written on the certificate in the email notification or on the printed gift certificate. Enter the gift certificate code during the third step of the checkout process along with billing information. Under "Billing Information", there's a field to enter a coupon code or gift certificate code. Click "Apply" to deduct the coupon amount from your order total. The code will be written on the certificate in the email notification or on the printed gift certificate. If the gift certificate amount exceeds the order total, the balance will remain on the gift certificate code to be used on future orders.
If you're having any problems redeeming your gift certificate, please email us. We will not be able to apply a gift certificate to your purchase after it's completed.

How To Give a Gift Certificate

During checkout, enter your email address so you can receive the email confirmation. In the confirmation email, click on the "Send it to a Friend" link. You'll be given the option to either print out the gift certificate and give it to the recipient -OR- enter their email address and have the gift certificate emailed to them. Do not enter the recipient's email address during checkout or they will receive your order confirmation!

How long are the gift certificates good for?

Gift certificates expire five years from the issue date.

Can I use the gift certificate incrementally?

Yes, gift certificates may be used for multiple orders. For example, if you have a $25 gift certificate and only use $20 of it, the additional $5 can be used at a later date.

Are the gift certificates refundable?

No, all gift certificates are non-refundable.

Will I be sent a physical gift certificate?

Yes, you can request a physical gift certificate to be mailed to your or the recipient.

Ordering and Shipping

What forms of payments are accepted?

We accept Credit or Debit Cards and PayPal for payment. We currently use PayPal as our "merchant" to process all of our payments. We can take your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Using a credit card without a PayPal account:

Our shopping cart software in integrated with PayPal to accept payments from those without a PayPal account. After you have confirmed the final details of your order, you will be pushed to PayPal's secure server. At this point, you will select the Pay with a credit or debit card underneath the PayPal login section.

Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Only Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) can be accepted. We don't accept Switch, Electron, Maestro and some other international debit cards. Credit Card gift cards are also not an accepted form of payment.

If you have a PayPal account, simply sign in and complete the transaction. Simple and Secure.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept international orders. Our software excludes a very small number of countries. More than likely your country will be available to ship to, so go ahead and place an order and let us know if you have any problems.

I did not get what I ordered. What do I do?

Just fill out our contact form and we will get back to you immediately to verify and correct the error.

Can I place an order over the phone/mail?

Sorry, orders can only be placed online. Rest assured, our online checkout process is secure and no credit card information is stored

What are the shipping charges?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for all US orders which will be shipped in 3-7 business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS, by Priority Mail (2-3 business days), or First-Class (3-5 business days) if less than 13oz. If your order qualifies for free shipping, then it will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. If you need your order faster, you can choose from Rush Processing (time to prepare your order for shipping), Expedite Shipping (time from shipping to delivery) or both. See below for additional prices and shipping time.

Shipping Address

Customer is responsible to provide an accurate and secure shipping location. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping to resend the package. The most common mistake is failure to include an appartment/unit number. Customer is responsible to provide a secure location of delivery. If you are delivering it to a business or complex, you are responsible to coordinate with the party that is responsible for receiving deliveries. All of our domestic packages are tracked with delivery confirmation to ensure delivery. Replacement orders at a fee may be availble to customers depending on product availablilty and at our discretion.

Can I get it expedited?

Yes we offer Rush Processing (time to prepare your order for shipping) and Expedite Shipping (time from shipping to delivery) please see our shipping page for more details.

How do I track my wall statement Purchase?

Depending on how your item is shipped, tracking may or may not be included. We currently provide tracking for all US orders. International orders cannot be tracked outside the US. If you need to be assured that you will receive tracking and/or delivery confirmation, simply contact us.

I would like to purchase an item under a tax-exempt organization. What do I do?

If you are not located in Florida, you do not need to do anything. All out-of-state/international orders are not charges sales tax. If your tax-exempt organization is in the state of Florida, follow the steps below: Most Orders 1. Create an account 2. Email us (christianstatements [at] gmail) a copy of your tax-exempt form 3. We will give your account tax-exempt status 4. Payment must come from the tax-exempt organization, not from a personal source. Exceptions: If your church/organization has custom or bulk requests, please Contact us. We do these on a per request basis.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any pre-designed vinyl wall decal, you may return the unapplied decal to us within 30 days of placing your order. You may then choose to exchange your vinyl wall decal or receive a refund for your order (less shipping). We cannot accept returns on any personalized, custom designed, or clearanced decals.

Returns

Returns are not available for any Custom Wall statements that have been designed by our designer. We will provide you with a final proof of your custom wall statement; it will be up to you to approve the final proof. Make sure that you check the size and wording of the custom wall statement to make sure everything is as you want it.

Returns are not available for our Clearance wall statements. Any design ending in .99 is considered a clearance/as-is item. Sometimes a design can be produced twice and will be added to our clearance section as overstock. We also place wall statements that have been returned to us by customers (with no damage). We also place wall statements in our clearance section that may have slight damages, usually nothing that you can see but we will note any of these defects. Since the wall statements are discounted we cannot return or exchange them for any reason.

Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Order sizes $250 and over may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Decals must be returned in the original condition to receive full credit. Please take care to safely package your return/exchange; decals received damaged due to negligence may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are not available for vinyl wall statements that have already been applied. If a letter or word has become damaged while installing your vinyl wall statement we will in most cases be happy to send you a replacement letter or word at no charge. If the damage was result of your negligence we reserve the right to bill your for the shipping of your replacement.

Please contact us immediately at [christianstatements [at] gmail] we will attempt to help you troubleshoot through the problem. Please be prepared to explain in detail the problems that are occurring.

Package and Returning Wall Statement:

Print and complete the form and include a copy of your order confirmation please include this in the original box so that we can properly identify your order. Remove the old address label and replace with a new label including our mailing address and correct postage.
